a. Push Notification Device Tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

If you opt in to receive real-time push notifications about new free game deals, a randomized and pseudonymous device registration token generated by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is assigned to your device. This token allows our automated backend to deliver push notifications when a new game promotion goes live. It contains no personally identifiable information (PII).

b. Local Device Storage

The App stores non-sensitive user preferences locally on your device (such as which deals you have viewed, notification settings, and filter preferences) using local device storage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

c. Standard Web & API Server Logs

When you visit our website or when the mobile app fetches data from Cloud Firestore, standard server requests may temporarily log generic metadata (such as IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp) solely for security, rate-limiting, and error diagnosis.

3. Third-Party Services

We use reputable infrastructure providers to operate the service securely:

• Google Firebase & Google Cloud: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications and Cloud Firestore / Firebase Hosting to distribute public deal feeds and host this website. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• External Storefront Links: When you tap "Claim Deal" on a game offer, you are redirected to the official external storefront (such as Epic Games Store, Steam, GOG.com, or Amazon). Any interaction or purchase on those websites is subject to the respective third party's privacy policy and terms.

4. Opting Out of Notifications

You can disable push notifications at any time directly through the Loot Hoarder app settings or through your mobile device's system settings (Settings > Notifications > Loot Hoarder). When notifications are disabled, your device will no longer receive deal broadcasts.

5. Children's Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS) for all network traffic between our app, website, and Google Cloud / Firebase servers.
